The SUNY Cobleskill Department of Sport & Exercise announced today that freshman Anthony Bouchard, Wantagh, N.Y., Wantagh High School, a member of the men's cross country team has been named the athletic program's Fighting Tiger Athlete-of-the-Week.The talented freshman led the Fighting Tigers to the team title at the 2014 Mount Saint Mary's College Invitational on Saturday hosted by Blue Knights at the Hudson Valley Sports Dome in Milton, N.Y. with a score of 74 points to outdistance the 24 team field. Bouchard was the team's top finisher at event finishing seventh overall among the 141 runners participating in the race by completing the waterlogged 8000 meter course in a time of 28:57. Cobleskill will next be in action on Saturday October 18 when they travel to Poultney, Vt. to compete in the 2014 Green Mountain College Invitational hosted by the Eagles beginning at 10:00 a.m.
